1. No Refund Policy
⚠️ All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases made through our platform.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-reversible. This policy applies to all services, subscriptions, API credits, and digital products offered by LinkrAPI.
2. Service Terms
Our services are provided as-is. We strive to maintain the highest level of service quality and reliability, but we do not guarantee specific generation outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
- Services and API access are delivered immediately upon successful purchase
- API credits and subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your account
- Service availability may vary depending on third-party providers (including Midjourney)
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
- Unused credits do not roll over beyond the terms stated in your plan
3. Billing Errors
If you believe there has been an error in billing — such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — please contact us immediately at contact@linkrapi.com. We will investigate all legitimate billing claims promptly and correct any verified errors. This is the sole exception to our no-refund policy.
📋 To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include your account email, the transaction date, and the charge amount when you reach out.
4. Service Issues & Technical Problems
If you experience a technical issue with our platform, please contact our support team. We take every report seriously and will work diligently to resolve any verified service disruption.
However, the occurrence of a technical issue does not automatically entitle you to a refund. At our sole discretion, we may offer service credits or plan extensions for verified, significant disruptions that are directly attributable to LinkrAPI infrastructure.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to all services.
We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving any legitimate concern fairly and efficiently.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to all paid features until that date. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active billing period.
